Chef: The business will require Six Chef (6)

    • Monitoring the cooks in preparing the foods.
    • Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes with the requirements on
      chef.
    • Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
    • Following the budget set by the Business Directors
    • Ordering food for the kitchen from the articulate markets
    • Monitoring food production, and food and staff costs
    • Training staff on a regular basis to keep trend with the best practice in the industry.
    • Managing relationships with distributors and resolving any issues with vendors,
      promptly
    • Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes are best.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen.
      • Holding regular meetings with the Directors, Executive Chef and catering manager of
        the company regarding the direction of the organisation.
      • WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 YEARS
    • EDUCATION: Certificate/Diploma in Catering or Certified Chef de Cuisine.
    • SKILLS: Cooking Knowledge, Attention to Details, Listening Skills, Computer Literate,
      Communication Skills, Teamwork, Health and Safety Supervision.
    • BASIC SALARY: £36,000 Per Annum
      HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Per week
