  1. Catering Manager: The business will require Two Catering Manager
    • Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
    • Meeting with the board on a regular basis regarding the business.
    • Collaborating with the Executive Chef, Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
    • Serving food and drinks to their customers and employers when necessary.
    • Maintaining a pantry stock records.
    • Rotating stock items as per established procedures
    • Re-stocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
    • Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
    • Ordering new ingredients as require from the markets.
    • Doing market research analysis for the company.
    • Training and Recruiting staff.
    • Moving around cities in UK wherever the company is having an engagement as
      agreed.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS
  • EDUCATION: Certified Personal Chef or Diploma in Catering
  • SKILLS: Cooking Knowledge, Attention to Details, Listening Skills, Computer Literate,
    Communication Skills, Teamwork, Health and Safety Supervision.
  • BASIC SALARY: £30,000 Per Annum.
     HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Per week
