Job Description
- Catering Manager: The business will require Two Catering Manager
- Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
- Meeting with the board on a regular basis regarding the business.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef, Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
- Serving food and drinks to their customers and employers when necessary.
- Maintaining a pantry stock records.
- Rotating stock items as per established procedures
- Re-stocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
- Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
- Ordering new ingredients as require from the markets.
- Doing market research analysis for the company.
- Training and Recruiting staff.
- Moving around cities in UK wherever the company is having an engagement as
agreed.
- WORK EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS
- EDUCATION: Certified Personal Chef or Diploma in Catering
- SKILLS: Cooking Knowledge, Attention to Details, Listening Skills, Computer Literate,
Communication Skills, Teamwork, Health and Safety Supervision. - BASIC SALARY: £30,000 Per Annum.
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Per week
